Sweet & Vicious Reservation Policy 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Sweet & Vicious is taking measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Our temporary hours of operations are

HOURS of operation*

Sun, Tues-Fri 2pm - 4am
Mon 5pm - 3am
Sat 1pm - 4am

Back Garden hours*

Sun-Thurs - opens until 10pm
Fri-Sat - opens until 11pm

We can seat up to 15 guests per reservation for 2 hours. We will accommodate as many guests within each hour period in order to ensure that our guests receive the best level of service from us. We do ask that once you have secured a reservation at a particular time that you adhere to that time.

We strongly recommended that groups reserve a table in advance by contacting our team directly through the message portal.

If a reservation is made, then the table is yours for 2 hours and we do not normally ask you to vacate a table. However, should you arrive on time. We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes after your reservation time. After 15 minutes, we will consider your reservation as a no-show. Please refer to the “no-show” section of our reservation policy. Any bookings which fail to turn up without any confirmations, will be treated as a first come first severed basis. 

We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Should you arrive after your booking time (no later than 15 minutes), we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests. 

It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact Sweet & Vicious to discuss your requirements with a member of our team. 

Tables are allocated as a first come first served basis by reservation confirmations and/or walk-in. We will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of Sweet & Vicious. Please note we cannot always guarantee tables due the volume on the day of. 

Payment Information 

All reservations will need to provide one credit card to have on file. This credit card will not be charged for the reservation on the day of. The credit card will be charged in the case of a no-show. Please refer to the “no-show” section of our reservation policy.

  • Failure to provide credit card in advance, then the reservation inquiry will be cancelled or a delay in recieving the confirmation for the reservation.

  • Two types of methods of payments are accepted, debit/credit cards including American Express and cash. Apple pay is not accepted at this time.

  • We reserve the right to terminate the reservation on the day of, if there is a failure to notify of any change to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking. 

Cancellation Policy 

Sweet & Vicious continued viability relies on reservations being honored by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. You can cancel a reservation online or call Sweet & Vicious directly. 

Accordingly, the following applies: 

  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled on the day of the reservation day.

  • For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date. 

  • Sweet & Vicious reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 plus taxes or 10% of the minimum spending agreement for any reservations cancelled under 24 hour notice period. 

  • The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Sweet & Vicious in terms of staffing, beverage, food and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential reservations. 

  • We will notify you if any cancellation fee is applied. 

No-Shows

No-shows are quite disruptive to Sweet & Vicious business. Sweet & Vicious reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of $50 plus taxes or 10% of the minimum spending agreement for any reservations that are no-shows on the day of the reservation.

  • Failure to honor or cancel a reservation.

    • If you cannot honor your reservation, and you do not cancel online or call Sweet & Vicious to cancel your reservation 24 hours prior, we reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show.

  • Late Arrival

    • Sweet & Vicious will hold reservations for 15 minutes. If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, we reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show or cancellation. 

Breach of Cancellation Policy

Sweet & Vicious implement 24-hour cancellation policy. *For example, if you make a reservation with us and you do not call to cancel until 8 hours prior to your reservation time, we reserves the right to assign a no-show status to your reservation.

  • Sweet & Vicious requires all reservations to call one day prior to the reservation date to confirm the reservation, regardless of whether the reservation was made via phone or Web.

  • When a cancellation policy is in effect, this information will be printed clearly in the reservation confirmation.

If you already dined at Sweet & Vicious, and your reservation was marked as a no-show in error, please contact us at reservations@sweetandvicious.com.

  • We will need one of the following to modify your reservation's status:

    • Copy of the receipt with legible information mentioning the Sweet & Vicious name, date, and time.
